Since 2006 our company conformes to ISO. On 12 May 2011 we have been re-assessed and have obtained the Certificate of conformance to ISO 9001:2008 with validity until 2012

QUALITY POLICY

QUALITY is the basis of our company baing the sole representative of the Swedish producer SSAB Oxelösund in Slovakia with focus on sale of specialty wear steels and manufacture of wearparts and semi-products of them.

The target of WINFA, s.r.o. is to achieve the long-term, sucessful and comprehensive development of our business. We fully realize that the commitment can only be met by complete satisfaction of the customers´needs and requirements. At the same time we realize that our employees are the fundamental basis for the company´s development and therefore we continuously involve them in performing the goals and will make efficient use of their ideas and abilities to make constant improvement of our overall business activities.

STRATEGIC PLANS
  • Provide comprehensive services related to supply of wear plates, výpalkov and wearparts of them to customers.
  • Extend the comprehensive supply for the stone processing and mining industry, cement and cement processing industry, recycling industry by products and wearparts made of the offered steel plates.
  • Establish itself as one of the important partners to engineering firms supplying the specialty steels, výpalkov and wearparts of them.
  • Ensure the quality management development with the emphasis on enhancing the skills of employees and high customer satisfaction.

  • Provide high quality service and effort to fully satisfy customer requirements. In dealing with customers act politely, solidly and fairly with emphasis on expertise and commitment to care about customers being the inevitable prerequisite for longterm success.
  • Sustain the high level of labour organization in company, continuous improvement of activities, applying the same principles of expertise, solidness, fairness and politeness within the company as well, to predetermine the quality of services provided to customers.
  • Motivate the company´s employees to enhancement and sustainability of high quality of work, preference of preventive solutions to avoid deficiencies and non-compliances. Provide them with necessary means to achieve their mission and continual training to ensure their appropriate knowledge.
  • Ensure continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
