DuroxiteTM
101
DuroxiteTM 101 is to weld chormium-riched carbide overlay on quench & tempered (Q&T) steel backing plate. The overlay has same wear properties as DuroxiteTM 100, but with a better impact resistance and greater safety margin compared to mild steel backing due to employing stronger Q&T base metal.
Bulk hardness: Single pass 55 to 57 HRC. Double passes 56 to 59 HRC. Triple passes 58 to 63 Carbide hardness: 1700 HK. Volume fraction of carbides: 30-50% ASTM G65-Procedure A weight loss: 0.19g max.
Coal discharger chute, loader bucket liner, bucket lip shroud, bucket side shroud

DuroxiteTM
200
DuroxiteTM 200 is composed of primary chromium-rich carbides with extremely hard secondary carbides dispersed in an austenite matrix. The hardfacing components are suitable to apply in extremely severe abrasion wear and heavy impact up to 572°F (300 °C). The overlay provides 2 to 3 times longer service life than DuroxiteTM 100. It offers in both plate and pipe.
Bulk hardness: 60 to 65 HRC Carbide hardness: 2000 HK. Volume fraction of carbides: 30-50% ASTM G65-Procedure A weight loss: 0.12g max.
Buckets and teeth, sizing screens, railway ballast tampers, coke hammers, dredge buckets and lips, dragline buckets, rippers, crushing equipment, brick industry components, Muller tyres, catalyst lift pipes, pump impellers, fan blades, rockwool rolls, wear plates operating at high temperature in the steelmaking industry.

DuroxiteTM
201
DuroxiteTM 201 overlay is composed of a high concentraion primary chromium carbides and secondary carbides deposition on Q&T steel backing. Besides the same wear properties as DuroxiteTM 200, DuroxiteTM 201 also provides better impact resistance and greater safety margin than DuroxiteTM 200.
Bulk hardness: 60 to 65 HRC Carbide hardness: 2000 HK. Volume fraction of carbides: 30-50% ASTM G65-Procedure. A weight loss: 0.12g max.
Loader bucket liner, feeding system for ball mill.
